All orders for Christmas Eve must be placed by Saturday, December 21st.

This Christmas Eve, Fillmore Bakeshop is offering a selection of our signature cakes crafted with care and the finest ingredients to make your holiday meal memorable. To ensure we deliver the freshest treats to your table, we will only be accepting pre-orders for the following itens:

Princess Cake
White chiffon sponge cake layered with raspberry jam, custard, whipped cream and covered with our homemade marzipan and a handmade rose.

Mango Passion Fruit Mousse Cake
Three layers of white chiffon cake with a layer of passion fruit mousse, a layer of mango mousse, topped with lemon curd and fresh fruit.

Chocolate Salted Caramel Mousse Cake
Three layers of chocolate cake, a layer of chocolate mousse and a layer of salted caramel mousse, and decorated with dark chocolate ganache, caramel sprinkles and topped with a bouquet of dark chocolate fans.

Napoleon/Mille-feuille
Layers of all-butter puff pastry, a thin layer of raspberry jam, and fresh custard, topped with white icing and chocolate.
Should be served the same day!
Please give us at least 3 days notice for this cake. Enjoy our classic Napoleon Cake made with layers of all-butter puff pastry, a touch of tangy raspberry jam, and homemade custard. It’s topped with smooth white icing and chocolate for a perfect finish. A delicious French pastry that combines crisp layers and sweet flavors.

St. Honoré
A puff pastry bottom with raspberry jam, rum-soaked chiffon, custard laced with rum, whipped cream, creampuffs covered in hard caramel and filled with rum-flavored cream and topped with raspberries. Only made in 8” or larger. (Made without rum upon request.)
Should be served the same day!
