Princess Cake
White chiffon sponge cake layered with raspberry jam, custard, whipped cream and covered with our homemade marzipan and a handmade rose.
Mango Passionfruit Mousse Cake
Three layers of white chiffon cake with a layer of passion fruit mousse, a layer of mango mousse, topped with lemon curd and fresh fruit.
Chocolate Mousse Cake
Delicate layers of chocolate sponge cake with luscious layers of dark chocolate mousse. Enrobed in a fudgy but not-too-thick ganache and topped with a cluster of berries, this cake glistens like a beacon in the display case for chocolate purists.
Chocolate-Salted Caramel Mousse Cake
Three layers of chocolate cake, a layer of chocolate mousse and a layer of salted caramel mousse, and decorated with dark chocolate ganache, caramel sprinkles and topped with a bouquet of dark chocolate fans.
Chocolate-Hazelnut Mousse Cake
Three layers of chocolate chiffon cake, a layer of chocolate mousse and a layer of hazelnut mousse, all atop a crunchy dark chocolate-hazelnut base. Glazed in dark chocolate ganache, and finished with chopped toasted hazelnuts and a bouquet of dark chocolate fans.
Napoleon/Mille-feuille
Layers of all-butter puff pastry, a thin layer of raspberry jam, and fresh custard, topped with white icing and chocolate.
Should be served the same day!
Raspberry Surprise (Gluten-Free)
A brownie-like chocolate-almond cake filled with chocolate mousse set atop a crunchy almond meringue base. Topped with raspberry-whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
St. Honoré
A puff pastry bottom with raspberry jam, rum-soaked chiffon, custard laced with rum, whipped cream, creampuffs covered in hard caramel and filled with rum-flavored cream and topped with raspberries. Only made in 8” or larger. (Made without rum upon request.)
