St. Honoré A puff pastry bottom with raspberry jam, rum-soaked chiffon, custard laced with rum, whipped cream, creampuffs covered in hard caramel and filled with rum-flavored cream and topped with raspberries. Only made in 8” or larger. (Made without rum upon request.) Should be served the same day! Please give us at least 3 days notice for this cake.
